- 2 eggs
- 1 lb flour

Step 1
In the same container (no spoon) knead smooth.
Rest and cover at least 10 minutes
Note: the more the flour the harder the gnocchi.
Cut and roll
Cook 8-10 minutes
Boil small amounts
