Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fettuccine uncooked
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1/2 cup pitted olives cut in wedges
- 4 oz. Feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano
- Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste.
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare fettuccine according to package drain.
In medium skillet heat oil and garlic,
Stir in remaining ingredients except pasta and simmer for 5
minutes
Arrange hot pasta on warm serving dish . Top with tomato mixture. Serve immediately
