Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small blender or food processor until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
