Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 (15-oz.) can black beans, undrained
- 1/2 lb. chorizo sausage links, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat large saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add oil and onions; cook 5 minutes or until onions are tender. Stir in garlic; cook briefly.
2. Stir in all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
4 (1 1/2-cup) servings
