Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 sticks of butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 t. vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. of choc. chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 deg.

Combine flour baking powder and salt in a small bowl and set aside.

In large mixing bowl beat butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each. Gradually blend with flour mixture alternating with milk. Stir in choc. chips.

Spoon batter into paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 18-22 min. or until tops spring back when lightly pressed. Cool completely.
