Ingredients
- 8 Bacon Slices Chopped
- 4 Cups fresah Sweet corn kernals (8 ears)
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/3 cup Chopped Red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chopped bacon until crisp ands remove. Reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings in skillet. Set Bacon aside.
Saute corn, onion bell pepper in hot drippings over medium high 6 minutes or until tender. Add cream cheese and cream, stirring until cream cheese melts. Strir in sugar, salt & pepper. Top with bacon.
