Japanese grilled marinated swordfish

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sesame oil
  • 1 cup tamari
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 2 Tbl. minced garlic
  • 2 Tbls. minced ginger
  • 3 Tbls. crushed red pepper
  • 4 1" thick swordfish steaks about 8 oz.
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Forty five minutes before serving, light a charcol fire. Half an hour before cover the fish steaks with the other ingredients. Let sit 10 minutes in marinade. Remove the fish and lightly dip in veg oil. Grill 5-7 minutes. Brush with marinade and garnish with lime slices
