Ingredients
- 1 . Mix maple syrup, cream of tartar and sugar in a double boiler.
- 2 . Place on hot water and add egg white.
- 3 . With electric mixer, beat until desired consistency.
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine in top of a double boiler, maple syrup, white sugar, unbeaten whites, salt and cream of tartar.
2. Set over boiling water and beat until firm peaks form.
3. Add vanilla and a few drops of maple flavoring.
