Ingredients
- 3 T light creamy caesar dressing
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed or 1 1/2 tsp fresh
- 7 oz canned salmon, drained
- 1/2 english cucumber
- 2 onion rolls, about 4 inches across
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine dressing and dill.
2. Add salmon and break up with a fork.
3. Stir salmon with dressing.
4. Thinly slice cucumber.
5. Cut rolls in half and spread salmon over cut surfaces.
6. Cover bottom half with cucumber slices and top with upper crush.
7. Gently press together.
