Ingredients
- 3/4 cup salted butter, diced
- 1 bar (4 oz) unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbs vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup each chopped pecans and shredded sweetened coconut, divided
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degree F. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter and chocolate 3 minutes, or until melted, stirring every 1 minute. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Add 1/2 pecans and 1/2 coconut. Pour batter into greased foil-lined 9x13" baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining pecans and coconut. Bake 20 minutes; let cool.
