Ingredients
- 1 cup catsup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. each salt & celery seed
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer 20 minutes; stir occasionally.
Salt 4 lbs. loin back ribs and place bone-side down on grill of barbecue smoker, away from the coals.
Baste with gaucho sauce last half hour.
