Black Bean Southwest Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 cans ( 15 ounces each ) black beans, rinsed and drained. 1 1/2 cups Hendrickson's Italian dressing.
  • 7 ounce jar Dromedary,O-Sage Pimientos, drained
  • 1 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Tortilla Chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except chips. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours to blend flavors. Serve with chips.
