RASBERRY JAMS (Nana)

Ingredients

  • 9 cups of crushed raspberries
  • 6 cups of sugar
  • or same weight

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix crushed fruits and sugar.
2. Slowly bring to a boil stirring occasionally.
3. Cook rapidly to the cooking point for a firmer jam or less for a more liquid jam.
4. Pour while hot in hot sterilized jars (3-4 16 ounces jars).
