ADD DRY INGREDIENTS ALTERNATELY WITH MILK TO OTHER MIXTURE. FOLD IN RHUBARB AND NUTS. FILL 2 LIGHTLY GREASED LOAF PANS 2/3 FULL. SPRINKLE WITH TOPPING. BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR.
