Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sliced bacon, diced
- 1/2 medium sweet onions, chopped
- 1 can (28 ounces each) baked beans, undrained
- 1 can (16 ounces each) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (16 ounces each) butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 lb. miniature smoked sausages, cut in thirds
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard

Step 1
•In a Dutch oven, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Using a
slotted spoon, remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 1
tablespoons drippings. Saute onions in reserved drippings until
tender.
•In a large bowl, combine the beans, sausage, bacon and onions.
Combine the remaining ingredients; stir into bean mixture.
•Pour into greased 9 x 9 baking dish. Bake, uncovered,
at 350° for 45-55 minutes or until heated through.
