Gingerbread Hot Cocoa Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. powdered nonfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 3 tbsp. ground ginger
  • 4 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together thoroughly in a large bowl or container.
Store in an airtight container.

To make hot cocoa:
Mix 1/4 c. for a 12 ounce cup / mug and fill with hot / boiling water, stirring well.
