  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ cup sour milk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • Cream Cheese frosting (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter, oil, and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour milk. Beat until smooth. Mix dry ingredients with creamed mixture and stir in zucchini. Pour into greased/floured 9x13 pan and top with chocolate chips. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Spread with cream cheese frosting, if desired.
