Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or canola oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 4 cups shredded cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix)
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro

In a large bowl whisk together vegetable oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Add shredded cabbage and cilantro; toss to coat.
