Grilled BQ Ribs

These ribs are wrapped in aluminum foil and grilled over indirect heat. Arrange coals around the edges of the grill.

Ingredients
- 3-5 lbs. ribs, cut
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 2 t. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 t. black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle the combined seasonings and rub onto ribs.
Place ribs on heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bring up sides of foil.
Double fold one end to seal.
Add 1/4 c. water through open end, seal.
Grill over indirect heat for 45 minutes
Open sealed end and spread on BQ sauce
Grill another 10 minutes continuing to spread on BQ sauce
