Greek Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Avocado, mashed
  • 1-2 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Black Olives, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • Sprinkle of Kosher Salt
  • a few twists of Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Scoop the flesh out of the avocados into a bowl. Mash avocado till partially mashed but still some chunks. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Makes enough for 2 or 3 people
