Ingredients
- 1 ripe Avocado, mashed
- 1-2 Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Black Olives, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- Sprinkle of Kosher Salt
- a few twists of Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Scoop the flesh out of the avocados into a bowl. Mash avocado till partially mashed but still some chunks. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Makes enough for 2 or 3 people
