Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 breasts of chicken cooked and boned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. Helmsman's mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. toasted almond
  • 1 c. diced celery (simmer or saute)
  • 1 can water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
  • juice of lemon or 3 T. of real lemon
  • 2 large hard cooked eggs
  • crushed potato chips to cover

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, cover with crushed potato chips. Bake for 20 min. at 400 deg.
