  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup peanut oil
  • 1/3 cup sake (rice wine)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp ginger, minced or 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp celery, minced
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
