  • 1 1/3 CUPS GOLDEN FLAVOURED CRISCO
  • 1 CUP CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
  • 1 1/3 CUPS FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 TSP. VANILLA
  • 2 1/2 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 1 TSP. BAKING SODA
  • 1/4 TSP. SALT

Step 1

1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
2. CREAM GOLDEN FLAVOUR CRISCO, PEANUT BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR, GRANULATED SUGAR, EGGS AND VANILLA IN LARGE BOWL AT MEDIUM SPEAD OF ELECTRIC MIXER, UNTIL CREAMY.
3. COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING SODA AND SALT. ADD TO CREAMED MIXTURE GRADUALLY, BEATING AT LOW SPEED UNTIL THOROUGHLY BLENDED.
4. SHAPE DOUGH INTO 1" BALLS AND PLACE ON UNGREASED BAKING SHEETS. PRESS LIGHTLY WITH A POTATO MASHER OR A FLOURED FORK IN A CRISS CROSS PATTERN.
5. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 10 TO 12 MINUTES, OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. COOL SLIGHTLY THEN REMOVE TO COOLING RACK.
