Creme de mint

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 16 oz. can Hershey syrup
  • 1 c. flour
  • Mint ingredients
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. powder sugar
  • 2 t. peppermint extract
  • 2 t. water
  • few drops green coloring

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar, butter, and vanilla. Add eggs 1 at a time, add syrup and flour mix. Bake in greased jelly roll pan for 30 min. at 325. Cool


mint
Mix mint ingredients. Spread mint over brownie layer and refrigerate.

Chocolate
melt in double broiler 16 ox chocolate chip and 6 T. butter. pour over other layer and refrigerate. Test to make sure it doesn't crack
