Golden Fruit Punch

Always a favorite at wedding and baby showers!

Ingredients

  • 2 6 oz. cans frozen OJ concentrate, thawed
  • 1 6 oz. can frozen pineapple concentrate, thawed
  • 1 pint light rum-*you may substitute water for a total of 4 cups
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 quart lemon or pineapple sherbert
  • 1 28 oz. bottle gingerale, chilled

Preparation

Step 1

Advance prep:
Combine concentrates, rum and water; cover and chill

Before serving:
Pour juice mixture into punch bowl.
Slowly pour gingerale down side of bowl.
Stir with and up and down motion.
Scoop sherbert into punch
