  • 1 TSP. DRY MUSTARD
  • 1/4 CUP MINCED ONION
  • 2 TSP. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 3 CUPS MILK
  • DACH TABASCO
  • 1/2 CUP UNSALTED BUTTER
  • CRUSHED CORN FLAKES

Step 1

SET 4 PIECES OF BREAD INTO AND 8" X 8" BUTTERED OVENPROOF BAKING DISH. LAYER WITH SLICES OF BACON,FOLLOWED BY CHEDDAR CHEESE AND THE FINISH WITH 4 MORE SLICES OF BREAD. REPEAT TO MAKE ANOTHER LAYER (LIKE A LASAGNA) AND TOP WITH AND FINAL LAYER OF BREAD.
IN A BOWL, BEAT EGGS AND PEPPER TOGETHER. ADD DRY MUSTARD, ONION, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, MILK AND TABASCO. POUR OVER THE LAUERS, COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. IN THE MORNING, MELT BUTTER AND POUR OVER TOP. COVER WITH RUSHED CORN FLAKES AND BAKE UNCOVERED FOR 1 HOUR AT 350 DREGREES. LET REST 10 MINUTEDS BEFORE SERVING.

TIP: SERVE WITH PACKAGED HOLLANDAISE SAUCE (ADD A DASH OF LEMON JUICE AND BLACK PEPPER TO SAUCE FOR A ZESTY FINISH). SERVIES 8
