GRILLED VEGETABLES

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 8 cups assorted vegetables, zucchini, onion, mushrooms, and bell peppers.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, olive oil and ground pepper.

Cut vegetables into chucks and place in zip-lock bag.

Pour marinade over vegetables.

Close zip-lock bag and mix together.

Marinade for 15 minutes.

Remove vegetables from marinade zip-lock bag.

Discard left-over sauce and bag.

Set grill wok to medium heat on BBQ.

Place vegetables in wok, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or until tender.

Remove from heat and serve.
