Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 16 Ounce Box Long Grain and Wild Rice
  • Two 2 1/2 pound fryers (cooked and boned)
  • 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 Onion (Minced)
  • One 2 ounce jar pimentos
  • 2 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 18 ounce can water chestnuts, thinly sliced
  • Two 16 ounce cans French Style Green Beans
  • Paprika
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice as directed on box. Add all ingredients, except for paprika and cheese. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased shallow 3 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and cheese. Bake at 350º until bubbly (30-40 minutes). Freezes well. That at least 4 hours before heating.
