Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pumpkin
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 medium eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 cups flour
Preparation
Step 1
Blend wet ingredients together, then add in dry. Use large ice cream scoop to fill paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
