large can crushed pineapple, do not drain
can cherry pie filling
yellow cake mix
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix pineapple and cherry pie filling in a 9 X 12 inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the filling mix. Cut the butter in small pieces and drop over the cake filling. Try to cover as much of the cake mix as possible. Bake at 350ºF for 45-55 minutes or until it is nice an brown. Cover cake with coconut and pecans. Cover with Cool Whip. Refrigerate any leftovers.
