Ingredients
- 1 49oz can beef or chicken broth
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce (El Patio if like spicy)
- 1 small onion, diced 1/4 inch
- 3 medium carrots
- 2 celery stalks, sliced 1/2 inch
- 1 clove of garlic, minced or subsitute 1 tablespoon granulated galic
- 1 medium potato, diced 1/2 inch
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch
- 24-32 1oz meatballs(frozen or homemade)
- Garnish with fresh cilantro
- Serves 6-8
Preparation
Step 1
Place ingredients in a large (5 quart)sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 35 minutes. Salt & Pepper to taste. SKIP POTATOS IF DESIRED! if add 6. tablespoons. beef bouillon. and 2 additional cups. of. water,
4. tablespoons. worshiresauce.
