Ingredients
- 12 oz. Golden Graham Cereal
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 stick butter
- 12 oz. chocolate chips (semi sweet, milk or mix both kinds)
- 3 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Pour cereal into large bowl. Melt together peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips. Stir and pour over cereal. Mix well. Put half (1 1/2 cups) powdered sugar in large paper bag.
Put cereal mixture in bag and shake gently. Put remaining sugar into bag and shake. Pour onto large cookie sheet and separate into chunks. Refrigerate.
This is best made a day ahead. Keep in a covered container in the refrigerator.
