Ingredients
- 3 pounds asparagus , trimmed
- 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
1. Prehaet oven to 450
2. Toss asparagus with oil on abking sheet with sides. Spread in a single layer and season with salt and pepper
3. Roast asparagus, uncovered for 15-25 minutes or until tender. serve hot or at room temperature
