Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen mango, strawberries or pineapple
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon Stevia or Xylitol
- 2 mint leaves or 1/4 teaspoon peppermint tea leaves
- 3/4 cup water.
Preparation
Step 1
Add thee mango and ice to a blender along with 3/4 cup water.
Juice the lemon and add along with the Stevia or Xylitol.
Sprinkle the mint into the mix and puree until smooth. Enjoy with 8 to 10 crackers.
