Ingredients
- You can use regular all-purpose flour if you’re not concerned about eating gluten-free.
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flaked coconut
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 10-inch pie pan or baking dish.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender jar. Blend until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour. Let cool before serving.
