Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups diced rhubarb
- TOPPING
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
In mixing bowl, cream margarine, egg and sugar. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Add flour mixture to creamed mixture then stir in rhubarb.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan, sprinkle with topping mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30- 35 minutes
