Sour Cream Coffee Cake

I make these for Christmas and give them out to family, friends and neighbors and it's a hit! Just make sure no one is allergic to the walnuts, if so, don't add the walnuts.
Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (or margarine), softened
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup sour cream
- FILLING MIXTURE:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.) Preparing the filling mixture first. In a medium bowl mix packed brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts; set aside.
3.) In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.
4.) in a large bowl attached to a mixer cream together sugar, brown sugar, butter, salt, eggs and vanilla. On a slower speed, simultaneously add a little bit of flour and then a little of the sour cream and keep repeating until it's all in the mixer; beat until smooth.
5.) Using a cooking spray, spray bundt pan and then spoon in half the batter. Sprinkle the filling mixture evenly over batter; spoon in the rest of the batter. Bake 45-50 minutes.
