  • 2 cups Hill Country Fare Frozen Fully Cooked Shrimp, thawed & drained
  • 1 package H-E-B Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup H-E-B Harvest Moon Pickled Jalapeño Slices, drained
  • 1/2 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup Shiner Bock Beer

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the shrimp, cream cheese, jalapeños, chopped onion and beer in a food processor.2. Process the mixture for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the dip has a chunky texture. 3. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips.
