WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA BARK

  • 16 oz best quality white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup macadamias, toasted and coarsely chopped
  • Zest of 1 small orange
  • Long ribbons of coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place white chocolate in metal mixing bowl and set over pan of very gently simmering water. Stir until melted. Remove bowl from heat; stir in half of macadamias and orange zest.

Spread out on prepared baking sheet and let sit 10 minutes. Sprinkle remaining macadamias and coconut ribbons on top. Let set in a cool place until firm. Break into shards.
