Step 1
Boil vegetables 3-4 to blanch them, drain and immediately submerge them in ice water. Drain and dry then place in a zip lock bag (store up to 3 days). Heat a skillet and stir fry in a small amount of oil 1-2 minutes adding oil and spices of choice.
