Step 1

Place breasts in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt and poke holes with a fork. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 275 for 30-40 minutes. Heat a large skillet, add a small amount of oil, dry breasts well then fry 3-4 minutes per side turning once until they reach 165 degrees. Add any sauce if desired.
