Shrimp with Sofia's Sicilian Caper Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 16 ounce jar of Via Elisa Sofia's Sicilian caper Sauce
- 1 pound fusili or penne
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped flat leaf parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Saute shrimp for about 5 minutes (until just done) in a large nonstick frying pan over moderate heat.
Remove shrimp and set aside.
In the same frying pan, warm the sauce and bring to a simmer.
Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute (or less).
Cook pasta according to package direction.
Toss pasta with sauce when done and garnish with parsley.
