BLT SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 C. UNCOOKED ELBOW MACARONI
  • 5 GREEN ONIONS-FINELY CHOPPED
  • 1 LARGE TOMATO-CHOPPED
  • 1 1/4 C. CELERY-DICED
  • 1 1/4 C. MAYONNAISE
  • 5 TSP WHITE VINEGAR
  • 1/4 TSP SALT
  • 1/4 TSP SALT
  • 1 LB BACON-COOKED & CRUMBLED

Preparation

Step 1

COOK ELBOW MACARONI ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS. IN A LARGE BOWL, ADD THE MACARONI, GREEN ONIONS, TOMATO AND CELERY. IN A SEPARATE SMALL BOWL, MIX MAYONNAISE, VINEGAR, SALT & PEPPER. POUR OVER THE NOODLES, STIR AND CHILL FOR 2 HOURS OR MORE. JUST BEFORE SERVING, ADD BACON ON TOP.
