Ingredients

• 1 lb " Coon" brand cheese- black label- sharp,white- grated
• 6 scallions chopped, top and all
• 1 cup sliced toasted almonds
• 1 lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
• 2 cups mayo
• 8 jars with lids
• Box of ginger snap cookies

Preparation

Step 1

Wash jars and lids. Add all ingredients together. Seal and refrigerate.

Best served with ginger snap cookies
