Frosty the Cheeseball

Ingredients

• 2 - 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 3oz container real bacon bits
• 1 1/4 cups finely chopped nuts (any)
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 finely chopped scallions
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 1 T prepared horseradish
• 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Divide into 3 balls; one large, one medium, one small. Arrange balls of serving platter, lined with curly lettuce, line to form a snowman lying down. Use sliced black olives to make eyes and mouth (cut the slice in half for mouth), red bell peppers for buttons, baby carrot for nose, and pretzels for arms and hat bottom, and a flat cracker for hat top. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with fresh veggies and crackers.
