Decorating Icing

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup Crisco shortening
• 1 cup confectioner's sugar
• 1/8 cup water
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp clear vanilla
• 1/4 tsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cream shortening and butter. Sift sugar and salt together over shortening mixture. Add water and vanilla and mix on low speed to prevent air bubbles from forming. Decorates 40 cakes
