- 1/4 TSP SEA SALT
- 1/4 TSP PEPPER
- MILK
- PARSLY
- 1 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
- 2 TBL BUTTER
- OLIVE OIL
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC (CRUSHED)
- 1 CAN CAMBELLS CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

1. SAUTE ONIONS IN OLIVE OIL + BUTTER TILL CLEAR add GARLIC, MUSHROOMS, COOK TILL STARTS TO SHRINK. ADD CHICKEN STOCK, MILK, CAN SOUP. SIMMER TILL DONE ABOUT 20 MINS
