Ingredients
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 3/4 t. dried oregano
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 1 t. salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1/8 c. red onion, chopped fine ++
- 1 1/2 t. garlic, chopped
- 3/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine vinegar, oregano, mustard, salt and pepper in blender. Add onion and garlic. Blend together while slowly adding the olive oil.
Let vinaigrette sit at room temp for 30 minutes before serving.
