Ingredients
- 1 lb boil lasagna noodles
- 6-8 serving instant potatoes
- 1 (8oz) bag sharp cheddar
- 1 (8oz) bag mild cheddar
- 2 onions
- butter
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles.
Sauté onions in butter.
Make potatoes, add cheese & 2/3 onions.
Layer potatoes & noodles.
Put remaining onions on top.
Bake, covered, 20-25 minutes at 350*; uncover & bake an additional 10 minutes.
