Veggie Tortilla Pinwheels

Ingredients

• 1 package cream cheese, softened
• 4 tsp. ranch dressing mix
• 1 (2 1/4 oz.) jar dried beef, chopped
• 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
• 1/4 cup cauliflower chopped
• 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
• 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
• 5-8 inch flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese and dressing mix. Stir in beef and veggies.
Spread over tortillas. Roll up tight and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 2 hours. Unwrap and cut into ½ inch pieces.
